    Please reset your account’s password. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.

  3. I cannot log into my account.

    Please check your login details carefully. Please check if the email address you are using is the same one you used when registering, and the password you are using is correct. Else, please reset your account’s password. If resetting your password does not work either, please contact customer service.

  4. I forgot my password.

    Please reset your account’s password. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.

  5. How can I change my password?

    Log into your account. Locate the My Account page (Account icon at the top right). Locate the Account details page at the left menu to change your password.

  7. What is the difference between the billing address and the shipping address?

    The billing address should be the same address as the one connected to your bank account, credit card or other payment method’s account. The shipping address is where you want your order delivered.


  1. How do I order?

    Are you serious? đŸ˜› Ordering on Veramour is so easy!

    Browse any item on Veramour, select options if available (like the size and color), then click the “ADD TO CART” button. When you are finished adding items to your cart, go to your cart and click the “CHECKOUT” button. On the checkout page, enter your information and choose a payment method, and then click the “PROCEED TO PAYMENT” button. After completed, you will be redirected to Veramour’s order checkout page with your order details.

  2. Can I order by phone?

    Unfortunately, we do not take orders by phone. However, you can order on www.veramour.com from your phone.

  3. How long can items be stored in my cart?

    Items in your cart are saved for 30 days, however stock availability is not guaranteed.

  4. An item added to my cart was sold out.

    Items in your cart are only reserved within the same visit session. If you leave our site and come back at a later time, items may be sold out. Please make payment as soon as possible if you wish to purchase items.

  5. Do you restock items that are sold out?

    Unfortunately, we do not restock most of our items.

  6. How do I know what size I am?

    Please check the size guides on the items pages. If there is no size guide available you may refer to our indication size guide.

  7. Can I cancel or change my order?

    It is possible to cancel or change your order within one hour of placing it. We process orders very quickly, so cancellations and changes after one hour cannot always be done. Contact customer service immediately to cancel or change your order.

Order Status

All your orders are listed within the Veramour account. After your payment has been received, your order will go through several statusses before being shipped.

Please read our order statusses and definitions below:

  1. Pending payment / On hold

    If you have ordered by bank transfer, your order status may be Pending payment. This means the order has been received but the payment has not been received into our bank account, yet. If you think the payment is received, please send a proof of payment or the transaction ID to our customer service.

  2. Processing

    Order and payment received and stock has been reduced- the order is awaiting for shipment.

  3. Completed

    Order shipped and complete – no further action required.

  4. Cancelled

    Cancelled by customer or customer service – no further action required.

  5. Refunded

    Refunded by customer service – no further action required.

  6. Failed

    Payment failed or was declined (unpaid)

  4. Do I have to pay tax?

    Veramour does not charge any tax. Tax may be charged by Customs offices in the destination country, based on their rules and policies. Customer is responsible to check prior to ordering. All shipments are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, if any, these charges must be paid by the customer.

  2. How much does the shipping cost?

    Free shipping:
    Veramour ships worldwide for free when the order is $30 or more. The prices indicated on the item pages are then the final price you pay at the check out.

    Flat rate shipping:
    A $5.04 flat rate shipping fee is charged at checkout, when the order is less than $30.

    Express shipping:
    Faster shipping options are available. Place your order and then contact customer service for the options.

  3. How do I know if the item has free shipping?

    Veramour ships worldwide for free when the order is $30 or more. If an item has Free shipping without a minimum order amount, this will be mentioned on the item’s details page.

  4. How long will it take to receive my order?

    The total time from order date to delivery (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances) generally takes between 5 to 25 business days. Please read our Shipping page for more information.

  5. How can I track my order?

    As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping information and the option to track with the package’s tracking number. After you have received this email you can also track your order from your Veramour account’s orders list.


  1. How do I return or exchange an item?

    Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges without prior return authorization. Please contact customer service to return items. Once you may return your items, instructions will be provided.

    We recommend sending your return package with a traceable carrier. Keep the tracking number somewhere safe should our customer service request this. Veramour is not responsible for packages sent without our return label. Veramour does not accept packages with return delivery costs.

    Return requirements:
    Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
    Items must be be unworn and unwashed.
    Items must have all tags, packaging, accessories and embellishments full intact.
    Gift cards, jewelry, lingerie and bodysuits may not be returned.


Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of receiving your return. Our aim is to have this refunded within a few days. Nevertheless it can occasionally happen that it lasts longer than a week. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
