Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Costs of return are costs for the customer. All returns are carefully checked. We kindly ask you to submit your return online. Go to Register return to return the product (s).

Within 10 business days of receiving your returned item, we will refund the purchase amount in your account. Our aim is to have this refunded within a week or even a few days. Nevertheless it can occasionally happen that it lasts longer than a week.
The following products can not be returned:
- Goods damaged by the customer
- Consumables (such as socks, underwear and care articles such as razors etc). Unless the product is incorrectly delivered
- Worn products
- Products with stains, done by the customer
- Washed products
- Used products
- Large orders, more than 25 pieces, that have specially been ordered for the customer
